After working for a small construction company in Bedford for almost 15

years, and with much appreciation for the experience I gained there, we

started Shovelworks in the spring of 2004. We started Shovelworks with

encouragement from friends and colleagues and it is truly a family

endeavor.

My two teenage boys help me on occasion and my wife helps with the

paperwork side of things, but for the most part when you hire Shovelworks

you get me. Being an owner/operator allows me to personally see to it that

every facet of every project is performed with the care and precision I’ve

become known for. Whether you need a boulder wall built, your driveway

re-graded, your septic system replaced, or a complete home site, you can

Normally the costs associated withdriving from your home to your place of employment are not deductible.
