Dear Goffstown School Board - 28 June 2012
The invitation to apply to participate as a member of the MVMS Study Committee has been sent out by Stacy Buckley.
There is a glaring omission of a group of staff and that is the support staff. I have already heard from members of this group who are upset that they have been forgotten. After all, leadership is a major part of this study and they have been the brunt of the poor leadership at MVMS. They are the people who are on the frontlines with our most needy students. They need the support of the leadership to do their most important job. That current leadership has failed them and they want to have a voice as to what good leadership looks like. Many of them are also citizens of this town and therefore have a very high stake in the results of this study. Their buy-in is crucial.
Kindly direct the Superintendent to include them in the application to be a part of the MVMS Study Committee.
Also, kindly get involved in looking over the applicants and making choices as to who will serve on the committee. A SAU Committee consisting of Barry, Balke, Buckley and Kilmister is already a biased committee. They are not capable of unbiased choices in regards to who serves on the MVMS Study Committee. It is like asking the fox to guard the henhouse. The SAU administration has been a part of the problem in regards to the poor leadership at MVMS. Ms. Buckley is not the only SAU administrator without the trust of the MVMS staff.

Dan Cloutier has requested from Wendy, the New Boston Chair, a copy of the same.
She states she has given Pancoast and Buckley a copy of the responses to assist them with the MVMS Study and will not give Dan Cloutier a copy of the same.Things that make you go hmmmm.
