GOFFSTOWN - 27 September 2016: On Monday September 26, 2016 at approximately 0057, Goffstown Police were patrolling the area of Lamy Drive and Daniel Plummer Road due to recent thefts in the industrial park area. As Officer Patten was checking the area of Goffstown Self Storage, he observed two subjects dressed in dark clothing inside the secured property after business hours. Additional officers were requested and arrived to address the suspicious activity. As the officers confronted the subjects, they fled on foot for a short distance before being apprehended.
The suspects were identified as: DANIEL COTE AGE 35 HOMELESS and JOHN DUBOIS AGE 23 16 PENNY LN AUBURN NH.
Both subjects were charged with: ATTEMPT TO COMMIT THEFT, CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT THEFT, THEFT FROM A MOTOR VEHICLE, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, RESISTING ARREST OR DETENTION PROWLING.
Both Cote and Dubois are being held on $15,000 cash bail pending an arraignment on 09-26-16 at the 9th Circuit Court, Goffstown District.
