GOFFSTOWN — The Goffstown Police Department arrested Roman Russell on a warrant for Falsifying Physical Evidence. The case stemmed from an investigation which occurred in early June. Russell was seen conducting a hand to hand drug transaction by a plain clothes officer near his residence in Goffstown. When the Detective approached Russell for the offense, he destroyed evidence of the crime by swallowing the drugs prior to the Detective confiscating it. Warrants were obtained for Russell and he was subsequently arrested on today’s date.
Russell was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and given arraignment date of August 17, 2016 at 0815at the 9th Circuit Court Goffstown District.
