Matthew Riehl was processed by the Goffstown Police Department and bail was set at $150,000 Personal recognizance. Riehl’s bail conditions include no access to any electronic devices that access the internet, no un-supervised contact with anyone under the age of 18. An arraignment date has been set for September 23, 2016. Goffstown Police continue to investigate the case to determine if additional charges will be filed.
The Goffstown Police Department was assisted by the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. The task force consisted of affiliate agencies: Portsmouth Police, Salem Police, Bedford Police, Milford Police, Concord Police, Mont Vernon Police, Derry Police and Homeland Security.
At this time the investigation is ongoing.
