A Concord man has been arrested and charged with numerous offenses following two stalking investigations conducted by the Dunbarton Police Department.
Daryl Pellenz, age 45 of Warren Street, was arrested by Dunbarton Police on June 13th and charged with stalking, disorderly conduct, harassment and criminal trespassing. He was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in the 6th Circuit – Concord District Court on August 8th.
Additional information received following Pellenz’s June 13th arrest led Dunbarton Police to apply for an additional arrest warrant. Pellenz was taken into custody by Weare Police and Dunbarton Police on June 24th and charged with the additional crimes of violation of a protection order, stalking, and breach of bail. Pellenz was held at the Merrimack County House of Corrections and arraigned on June 27th. He was held on $5,000 cash bail pending a status hearing on July 26th.
Pellenz is alleged to have engaged in a course of conduct which placed the victim in fear for their safety. After being arrested on June 13th and served with a stalking order of protection, Pellenz is alleged to have violated his bail conditions and the stalking order by going with 300’ of the victim on several occasions.
