Former Dunbarton man indicted for burglary on Holiday Shore Drive

MAN INDICTED IN DUNBARTON BURGLARY, THEFT

Dunbarton, N.H. 2 May 2016 – A former Dunbarton man has been indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court for his involvement in a residential burglary that took place on Holiday Shore Drive on January 25th, 2016.

Justin Sherman, 29, was indicted on one count of burglary (class B felony) and one count of theft by unauthorized taking (class A felony). If convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison.

Various electronics valued at nearly $3,000 were taken from the home. Investigation revealed that the stolen property was pawned at several different locations following the burglary. All of the property has since been recovered by Dunbarton Police and will be returned to the victims once authorized by the court.
