Investigation revealed that Jonathan Lacourse, 20, of Manchester, was hired to do some work at the victim’s home. When Mr. Lacourse took a break, he stole some jewelry from inside the home. After being confronted by the homeowners, Mr. Lacourse fled the area. He was located in Goffstown and taken into custody by Dunbarton Police after the stolen jewelry was found in his possession. Over $1,400 in jewelry was recovered and Mr. Lacrouse admitted the theft to Dunbarton Police.
He was charged with felony theft by unauthorized taking and is scheduled to appear in the 6th Circuit – Concord District Court on Monday, October 3rd. Bail conditions include that he have no contact with the victims.
Goffstown Police assisted Dunbarton Police with the apprehension of Mr. Lacourse.
