N.H. – 2 May 2017: An individual wanted by the Dunbarton Police Department on three
different warrants was taken into custody during a motor vehicle stop in
Dunbarton on Monday, May 1st at 10:12 PM. Dunbarton Police arrested
Giselle Lemieux, 48, during a traffic stop in the area of Twist Hill
Road and Ordway Road.
was subsequently charged with bail jumping, criminal mischief, five
counts of default or breach of bail conditions, operating without a
valid license and an electronic bench warrant for failure to appear in
currently out on bail after being arrested by Dunbarton Police on March
7th for the financial exploitation of an elderly, disabled or impaired
adult, a class A felony. While out on bail, Lemieux contacted the
victim, stayed at the victim’s home and violated other stipulations of
her bail conditions. Lemieux also failed to appear for her arraignment
on the financial exploitation offense, leading to the electronic bench
warrant and bail jumping charges.
was transported to the Merrimack County House of Corrections and
arraigned in the 6th Circuit – District Division – Concord on May 2nd
where bail was set at $4,000 cash.
