Goffstown - 3 March 2010 - EDITORIAL UPDATE: I thought it prudent to let viewers know about a few things today. The GoffstownToday.com website had it's highest level of web traffic for well over a two hour period starting just after 10am this morning. Because of this, it was running a little slow and I took a look at a couple of options to help improve performance. Because of the video and image content we carry, it is imperative that we continue to do so as it sets us apart from any others in our market. No one does what we do in our market to bring you stories each week with many images and video content. The primary reason for slow performance was that over 60% of our traffic was heading to our political pages and to our "Your Letters" pages and a record number of viewers visiting my weekly "Bill Speaks Out" column. For this I am very appreciative that GoffstownToday.com is producing content of interest each and every week. My phone rang almost constantly today and the incoming emails about the Scott Gross BSO article was interesting in that people tell me that it's about time someone got up and had the nerve to speak out about an individual who only has one thing in mind! That one thing in mind is Scott Gross himself and what his personal agenda is. Not one negative response was received at all, negative that is, regarding it's not true, I should not have written the BSO on Scott Gross this week or stood up at Candidate's night and told people about the real Scott Gross. So I thank all who visit GoffstownToday.com and truly enjoy what is produced for the local viewing public. My BSO weekly column is my opinion and facts of what I know and not the opinion of GoffstownToday.com Starting this coming week, we will distribute our newsletter in three different segments starting at 10am, then noon, then at 2pm. Our subscriber base grows daily and with over 6,000 visits and growing each month, we are also increasing bandwidth this week as well. Thanks to all for your patronage.
