I went serveral times last year to pick your berries. You gave out reccipes, one of which we loved which was a Blueberry Muffin. I made them several times however I recently have lost the recipe. I crave them and would love to make them for my family,

if possible please email me with the recipe or a site that I can get the recipe from.

Thank You

JoAnne K

JoAnne,

Berry Good Farm Blueberry Muffin recipe:

2 cups flour

1/3 cup sugar

3 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries (best if from The Berry Good Farm)

1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted butter

1 extra large egg

1 cup milk sugar or pecan havles for garnish Heat over to 400

Grease 12 muffin cups.  Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl, fold in blueberries.

In another bowl, mix oil or melted butter, egg, and milk.  Add liquid mixture to the dry and stir until just combined.  Don't overstir.  Sprinkle muffins with sugar,  top with pecan halves.  Bake until muffins are golden brown, and just beginning to pull from the sides of the pan, about 25 to 30 minutes.  Makes 12 muffins.

Enjoy,

Donna

Hi, JoAnn.  I'll refer your request to Donna Arnold, from BerryGood Farms.  I agree 100%- those berries are the best.  I buy huge bags of them every year!  While you wait for your muffin recipe, you'll find a wonderful Blueberry Buckle recipe on the Berry Good Farm Page on the Goffstown Edge.  The farm will be open in mid-July and it's going to be a very good year!
