Had lunch today at Viksters, and wanted to let everyone know that Frank is thinking about bringing in a nice coffee machine for the winter.  I think that's wonderful- hot coffee and a good sandwich.  My mom had never been there before and was very pleased with her chicken sub.  I had a chicken pesto pizza and it was soooo good.  I especially like being able to buy a lunch and sit right there inside and eat and look out the window.  That's always very pleasant in the cold New England winter.  Terrific menu, Frank- lots of great, unusual choices along with the traditional.  Appreciate your efforts!
